1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

During festivals, promotional sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

Remote Locations: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible products and selected pin codes.
UnixLink reserves the right to disable COD for certain products or locations without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS (where applicable) containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your order.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
UnixLink is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
UnixLink is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.
8. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails because:

The customer is unavailable.

An incorrect address or phone number is provided.

The order is refused at the time of delivery.
The shipment may be returned to us by the courier. Re-shipping charges may apply, or any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.
9. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Take clear photos before opening the package.

Record an unboxing video whenever possible.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing rishirishi57192@gmail.com.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. International Shipping
Currently, UnixLink ships only within India.
International shipping services are not available at this time.
