Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to UnixLink. We strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. As a dropshipping business, we work with trusted suppliers across India to deliver quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of the product being delivered, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.

  • The item is returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Innerwear and intimate products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at rishirishi57192@gmail.com.

  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

  4. If approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared with you.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return authorization.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, UnixLink will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


6. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


9. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
